I know way too many people here right now that I didn't know last year, who the fuck are y'all? I swear it feels like the last few nights we've been everywhere and back but I just can't remember it all. What am I doing, what am I doing? Oh yeah that's right, I'm doing me.

17 January 2011 // sm's purse
Currently Listening to Dirty Diana by Michael Jackson

For the weekend I had a guest, which is why I didn't do this blog earlier. I know I kept saying I was going to make this blog over and over on twitter, but I finally got to it now. I actually also downsized my purse for the weekend which means far less stuff for this blog than usual. Things missing: xbox controllers, a laptop, cigarettes, and dignity.

I adore this purse. It's a lot roomier than it looks. I bought it during one of my Hello Kitty fan girl phases but I still rock it. I used to actually hate the color pink, can you believe that? Getting this purse was a big part of the transition from a sports jock to a girly girl. (not sure if that's a good thing or not).

I always keep a bag of tea with me in case I get thirsty and there happens to be hot water around. I also carry chopsticks with me in case there's a situation where I am given food at random, which happens more than you think it does.

This was a gift from my friend Annie, it's an eyeshadow palette. I adore this because it matches some of the colors I frequently use from my bigger palettes - it's super small, making it great for touch ups when needed.

I usually don't ever leave the house without my PSP. That might sound pretty nerdy to you, but this thing is amazing. It let's me do pretty much anything I want - web surfing, gaming, photo albums, etc. I also have Skype on here!

My cell phone (the back of it). The front is so plain, perhaps one day when I get a better phone I'll truly go all out. This design isn't finished by the way, I still have some rhinestones I need to glue onto this to make it extra cute!

A pencil, a pen, my lighter, some lip gloss and bubble gum. Sometimes it's really all I need (plus paper and cigarettes) to get through class.

Next to my PSP my iTouch has been my life in a gadget. It keeps track of my schedules, my notes, my e-mail, my photos and videos, music, etc. Not to mention all the thousands of (pointless) apps that I've downloaded. Don't worry, they were ALL free apps, minus a couple that I really needed!

My new glasses from Vogue. The plan was to get more Ray Ban's but they weren't selling any in any colors that day, so I went with these! They're a deep purple, I adore them! Quick tip - if you're going to wear square shaped glasses like mine make sure your eyebrows are angled properly. Rounded glasses? A bit of a softer curve is necessary. I'll probably do a post on that later.

I always keep a tiny pack of cards with me. My friends hate me because whenever they need a deck of cards and I volunteer mine they assume they were going to get some adult sized cards. Whatever assholes I've beat plenty of people in poker with these, don't hate.

My comb is necessary, my hair is very thick and gets tangled easily. Sometimes I keep a hairbrush too. This comb is pretty good at keeping the moisture in my hair too. When I worked as a geisha at a Japanese restaurant this was part of my wardrobe. I was always the girl in the red and white kimono. /random fact of the day.

I always keep a book with me of some kind. Alice in Wonderland has always been my favorite book; I've read it thousands of times and still reread my favorite parts when I need a pick me up.

That about sums up what's in my smaller purses, thanks for asking me to make this blog it was pretty fun. You may have noticed I didn't list my wallet in things I keep in my purse - I don't keep my wallet in my purse! My wallet is a wristlet and always stays on my person.

It was difficult doing this blog because there are so many other things I need to get out there too, but I'll contain myself and give you some time to wait for the next few blogs, promise. Also for the newer bloggers out there thanks for submitting your questions about blogging. As some of you may know I've been in the blogging world for about 11 years now and I've learned a lot. My previous blog however does have a blog up that answers a lot of your questions, you know where to look!

Goodnight lovelies, xoxo!
